The Tarbuton, with eTeacher Hebrew, offers a real-time online Hebrew program for San Diego children ages K-8 for the 2016-2017 school year. The classes are open to Israeli and American students connecting Jewish kids in America with Israeli teachers in Israel.
eTeacher’s multimedia platform brings children together in synchronous courses, using virtual real-time classroom interaction. All teachers are certified to teach Hebrew in Hebrew and as a second language. The Course Duration is 9 months longs, with a single 1 hour lesson a week. Classes with be scheduled on Sundays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
eTeacher recommended levels for existing Tarbuton students. New students will be contacted for an assessment after the initial registration form is received. Tuition will be $650 for classes November 2016 - August, 2017.
